I am a Person trying desperatly trying to get the nerves in my body to shut off. I have many different conditions and had many dieases that built up in my body until the doctors had to take actions. For instance from 9 yrs old to 15yrs old, mysterious pain attacks could not be explained. I was say to be a hypocondriate but I had 42 gallstones. I don't want to say more now because things like this continued and now I have RSD/CRPS ll and so it continues.
My goal is to live as much as possible but I can't. I'm worn. I get up and pretend I a researcher for someone else and try not to let my emotions become invoved with finding a study to block pain from being recepted at all. I am sick of explaining pain. I have kept every part of my body moving with great extention but live on ice & heat to calm it down. If you have any Ideas send me a note. I am game for Anything except natural long term withdraw. I wouldn't be surprised to find out anything at this point. Hope you can help lots of people.

Thank you for the fix. I was looking specifically for a direct fix instead of the "install the open source version then uninstall that" work around.

BUT I think you've got a typo. It should be:
#ifndef _VM_BASIC_TYPES_H_
(note the trailing _)

After I added your lines without the typo, "vmhgfs" compiled fine.

I still had a problem with the vmxnet module though.
To fix that I followed the .c editting instructions (in a .patch file) from this site:

Nice fix, in my case the host was Windows Vista and the perl script failed both in the shared folders as well as with the network connections. I found a solution in http://chrysaor.info (FAQ), but the mouse wheel still doesn't work. In addition, bridged networking for the virtual machine doesn't work while on WIFI, so I have to use NAT. I guess using the last versions for everything isn't always right.

Well this is my first comment using the Disqus system. Installation, at least for WordPress, was immediate. No errors, problems whatsoever. I like it!

It is also very feature-rich. I just activated the video comment feature. Perhaps I'll try it out too.
